	Nevím, kdy byla výroba Vaška zastavena, ale v nabídkách spec. obchodů byla ojediněle asi až do roku 1970. Zcela jistě pak v obch. domě ve Zlíně.

	Firma bratří Vašků (byli čtyři) sídlila v Praze na Vinohradech na náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad č.11. Ve dvorním traktu domu měli malou továrničku s cca 20ti zaměstnanci. Stavebnici Vašek začali vyrábět cca v r.1935, jako volnou kopii stavebnice Märklin, zřejmě s jejím tichým souhlasem, jak bylo v té době zvykem. Kniha předloh byla kompletní kopií Märklinovské, vč. číselného označení jednotlivých dílů. Po r.1945 vydali novou knihu předloh s volnými vkládanými listy s pérovými kresbami většinou vlastních modelů, doplněných zdařilými modely s dětských soutěží fy.Vašek. Velikostní sortiment 1 - 8 (poslední ve velké dvoupodlažní dřevěné krabici vážila téměř 15 kg!) Po znárodnění v r. 1948 byla výroba stavebnice Vašek přesunuta do Slaného, kde též ve zkonfiskované hračkárně bratří Pauerů byla vyráběna pod zn. v.d.IGRA až do roku 1960, kdy byla výroba zrušena. Bratři Vaškové již dávno nežijí, neměli bohužel děti, takže další zdroje informací jsou závislé jen na žijících pamětnících. Pokud někdo z návštěvníků stránek ví něco bližšího, napište.
